Zoulema is a Rome-based duo formed in 2024 by Alessio Bernardi and Riccardo Gambatesa.

Blending acoustic instruments, electronics, beats and samples, the project explores a suspended territory between organic and programmed music. Flute, saxophone, drums and electronic textures interact through a language shaped by jazz, rock, house and contemporary electronic music, with improvisation and live experimentation at its core.

Bernardi is a flautist, saxophonist and producer/DJ with a background in jazz and classical music; Gambatesa is an acoustic drummer and beatmaker whose work moves across jazz, rock and world music.
